**READ** - How to Active a Release Clause & the rules around RC.

HOW:
1. Thread Title: *PLAYER NAME'S RC*
2. Within the thread: Selling club, Buying Club, RC Value
3. Confirm, and ask your chairman to as well (If applicable)
4. send a link of your thread to YOUR admin, YOUR chairman & manager of the selling team
5. Once a 20-minute window has lapsed, if no further RC activations are made, the player is yours, if another manager attempts to RC a player, Jed or I will do a randomise to determine the club to receive the player.



RULES:
As you all know today is the start of the transfer window and i know a lot of you will be looking to RC players. Today an executive decision has been made about this fact so this will work as follows

Once the window starts you may RC as many players as you like as you well know, however one club may only have 3 players taken from them via RC activation. Once a player has triggered a release clause by posting the thread up on the site then a 20 minute timer will begin. Anyone else in that 20 minute period that also triggers the release clause **ON THAT THREAD** will also be in with a shot at getting the player. After the 20 minute period is up if anyone else trigger the RC for this player it will be void. A randomiser will be conducted to decide out of the managers who triggered the RC during the 20 minute period who gets the player. This is the only fair way we can see to not penalise people who may be slower off the mark.

However, you cannot RC a player who is out of your budget. You must wait until other transfers have taken place before you can spend any of the budget you have. Just because you're selling a player for 20 million you cannot spend it until the transfer has gone through and the funds have been awarded to you.
